1. Buyers

You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.

2. Orders 

Registration is not required to make purchases from our online store, but you have to enter the correct information and shipping/billing address at the checkout page.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item(s) to us in original condition within 28 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels/tickets attached.

Exchanges and Returns are free for US customers. International customers will have to cover the shipping fees of their exchange or return.
If you would like to return/exchange please email service@srscover.com with the following information before shipping back to us:
-Order number
-Name and address
-Specify whether you would like to return or you want to exchange
-Pictures of the item(s) that you want to return
Once we receive the information, we will email you return instructions and pre-paid shipping label (for US customers)
We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our offices, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. Delivery/Shipping
We ship orders within 1 to 4 business days after the payment is cleared.
We ship worldwide.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you indicate during checkout
Standardly, we offer free shipping for all orders.
Products with the mark “Available To Ship From U.S. Directly!” ships to U.S. addresses from our warehouses in United States: BLOOMINGTON, CA 92316 or LANCASTER, PA 17601  via USPS Priority mail or FedEx.
Usually, it takes 1-6 business days.
Other products ship via ePacket (Only for U.S. addresses) from oversea warehouses.  It takes approximately 5-15 business days right to the door.
International orders, standardly ship via Registered Air Mail. Shipment of international orders may typically take 7-24 days.
Also, you can choose other shipping options, via EMS (Estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days worldwide) or via DHL Express (Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days worldwide ). All additional shipping costs are available on the cart page before completing checkout.
For all shipping methods, we send an email containing a tracking number when an order has shipped.
Also, you can track your order directly on our website. For this, click “Track orders” at the top of the main page and enter the number of your order or your email.
